City of the Lost - Kelley Armstrong

MUST READ THIS BOOK! I know that I always seem to enjoy the books that I post about but WOW this book is next level amazing. The idea of the novel is that Casey Duncan finds herself in this very secluded town in the middle of the Yukon that basically hides people. The town is mostly men so you know right off the bat that there are going to be problems and there live off the land. She is a former detective and the town agrees to let her stay with them if she helps solve a murder that happened recently. The whole book is plot twist after plot twist and I can honestly say that every time I thought I knew what was going on - I was wrong. My favourite book of 2017 by far. Absolute must  read - can't wait to get my hands on the second one.
